Return Window
- Standard Items: 30 days from delivery date
- Live Plants: 14 days from delivery date (due to perishable nature)
- Large Items/Furniture: 30 days from delivery date
- Sale/Clearance Items: 14 days from delivery date (final sale items excluded)
Return Conditions
Items Eligible for Return:
- Items in original, unopened packaging
- Products in new, unused condition
- Items with all original tags and labels attached
- Products with original accessories and documentation
Items NOT Eligible for Return:
- Live plants showing signs of neglect or improper care
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear
- Perishable items beyond the return window
- Items without original packaging (unless defective)
Live Plants Return Policy
Special Conditions for Plants:
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery if damaged/dead on arrival
- Plants must be in original containers with soil intact
- Photos required showing plant condition
- We reserve the right to request care documentation
- Seasonal plants may have different return windows
Return Process

Return Shipping
Who Pays Return Shipping:
- Customer’s responsibility for change of mind returns
- Our responsibility for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
- Shared cost for live plants (case-by-case basis)

- Keep shipping receipts until refund is processed

Refund Process
Processing Time:
- Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after approval
- Bank/Card Processing: 5-10 business days (varies by financial institution)
Refund Method:
- Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Store credit available upon request
- Gift card purchases refunded as store credit
Refund Amount:
- Full Refund: Original item cost (minus original shipping if non-defective)

Exchanges
- Direct Exchanges: Available for same item in different size/color
- Different Items: Process as return and new purchase
